With OKKIN4KIFE, you have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you. To be eligible for a return, your purchase must remain in its original condition and packaging with tags intact — just like when it arrived at your doorstep!

It is necessary, contact us directly via support@okkin4life.com to initiate the returns process which includes detailed instructions on how/where to send back unwanted items.

Requests sent without prior approval will not be accepted so don't hesitate reach out with any questions or concerns - we're here to help 24-7!

Before using your purchase, it is of utmost importance to inspect the item for any potential damages or issues. If something appears wrong with your order, please contact us immediately and allow our experts a chance to address the issue promptly.

Unfortunately certain products cannot be returned such as perishable goods (e.g., food), custom items (such as special orders/personalized items) hazardous materials, flammable liquids & gases etc..

Please note that neither sale nor gift cards are eligible returns either - should you have questions regarding this policy feel free to reach out directly!

If you're looking to upgrade or switch up what you have, the most reliable way is to first return your purchase and make a new one. After we double-check that everything has been received in satisfactory condition, an approved refund will be promptly issued back on its original payment method - just keep in mind it could take some time for processing before being posted.
